Special breakfast in Sanya!

Michael and Terry like taking us to these local spots wherever we are and say that it's a "special place". I take it that means it's the best or their favorite place to eat. The first morning in Sanya, Dyson and I were looking forwards to a regular American breakfast. Some eggs, bacon, and toast or something not Chinese. This was not to be because we're going to a "special place"! We ended up in one of these busy neighborhoods lined with small outdoor restaurants and local shops. This particular shop had the longest line compared to the others so it must've meant it was better. Usually that means some type of mystery meat like pidgeon, snake, frog, sheep, or something. You know things we don't normally eat in America on a regular basis. Ended up they specialized in a rice noodle with what tasted like pork, intestines, green onions, and parsley with a pork based broth. Kinda reminded me of chicken long rice but with thicker noodles if that makes any sense at all. We also had a bread that was similar to malasadas without sugar that's used to sop up the broth. Ended up being pretty good, but we still wanted our regular American breakfast!
